BNHJ-II tenderizer is designed for tenderizing meat after injection. Zigzag knife cuts muscles and tendons to get a much larger internal surface to seek a quick and good brine distribution; it shortens tumbling time and improves meat quality. The machine was installed two knife shafts; the cutting depth is adjustable. The knife shaft is easy to operate and clean.
